A good example is the stout beer that many of us love. Put it in the kegerator for 8\u201312 hours (this process enables the nitrogen to dissolve into the coffee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, connect the liquid line from the faucet to the keg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour into a glass and enjoy your nice, cascading, creamy, and smooth coffee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-long-can-nitro-cold-brew-last\">How long can Nitro cold brew last?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When refrigerated, cold brew in a keg has a shelf life of 10 months. It will last even longer with the nitrogen infusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nitro coffee in the fridge can stay for 7\u201310 days in a whipped cream dispenser or mini-keg without losing flavor. Our nitro coffee tasted great even after 8 days in the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"is-nitrous-oxide-the-same-as-nitrogen\">Is Nitrous oxide the same as nitrogen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people confuse nitrous oxide with nitrogen.&nbsp; Even though they both have nitrogen and can be used to make nitro coffee, they are not the same thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We experimented with both in our nitro coffee, and these are our findings.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-medium is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coffeebrewlovers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Untitled-design-5-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-375\" width=\"299\" height=\"168\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>N20 (nitrous oxide) made our coffee have larger bubbles. The flavor became somewhat sweeter, and the texture became coarser. This is because N20 is used in whipped cream chargers to prevent the cream from going bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nitrogen (N2) created smaller bubbles.
